Cincom Eloquence

Overview

Cincom Eloquence is a letter generation software system. which Authors (document designers) use text and images it can structure entities in ways that enable them to author once and then output multiple versions. Production parameters may be established during the authoring phase using Author Software
The Cincom Eloquence document automation system supports interactive and batch document generation.

Detailed Description

  • Components
    The Cincom Eloquence system contains two environments:
  • Eloquence Author, which consists of the Author software for formatting and creating Letter generation templates creation in non production enviornment.

  • Cincom Eloquence Software, which consists of the Engine Server, a number of services, and the Runtime Repository. The Production environment also contains the licensed Output and Batch services.

  • Cincom Eloquence on Azure

Additional License Requirements

Apart from Cincom Licence , there are additional licence required to support cincom author server to create templates in non production . Once those templates are created they can be used in production server , without the need for these additional licenses:

  1. Microsoft Word Professional 2013, 2016 or 2019
  2. Adobe Reader XI or DC
