Steps for CAKS Onboarding

  1. Please raise a ServiceNow ticket with CAKS Form.
  2. Tier0 team will apply the necessary changes based on the intake form.
  3. Application team need to perform complete testing to ensure that deployments are working as expected.
  4. If there are any issues, then application team need to get it resolved with the help of Tier0 team.
  5. Once the application team provide positive confirmation over ticket for the testing, the ticket will be closed.

Important Points

  • Two weeks of advance notice is needed to plan the onboarding activities.
  • One week of SLA is needed for Tier0 to execute the CAKS onboarding activities including Domain registration (excluding customer testing and deployments)
