Steps for Egress Paths Connectivity Information

  1. Please raise a ServiceNow ticket with Egress Intake Form.
  2. Tier0 team will apply the necessary changes based on the intake form.
  3. Application team need to perform complete testing to ensure that they can access only whitelisted hostnames and private end points.
  4. If anything is blocked, application teams needs to fix and get back to Tier0 team.
  5. Once the application team provide positive confirmation over ticket for the testing, the ticket will be closed.

Important Points

  • 2-3 weeks of advance notice is needed to plan the onboarding activities
  • One week of SLA is needed for Tier0 to execute the egress onboarding activities (excluding customer testing and issue fixing)
