Integration with Email


Steps for Email Integration

  1. Please raise a ServiceNow ticket with following information.
    i. GL Code
    ii. Client Name
    iii. Subscription Name
    iv. Modern Auth/Basic Auth
    v. Email Box Name (Tier0 team can provide help for the naming convention)
  2. License procurement will be initiated for the application team.
  3. Once the license is procured, Tier0 team will apply the necessary changes based on the information provided in the ticket and share the emailbox with application team.
  4. Application team need to perform complete testing for sending the emails.
  5. In case there are any issues, Application team need to get it resolved with the help of Tier0 team.
  6. Once the application team provides positive confirmation over the ticket for testing, the ticket will be closed.

Important Note

  • The whole process of email integration takes 5-6 weeks. Mostly depending on the license procurement that is 3-4 week process.
  • Two weeks are needed to plan the remaining activities.
